Please download ALL account application forms or call us toll-free at 1-800-50-EIGER to request that account forms be sent to you by U.S. Mail.

2. Review and Sign

Please CAREFULLY read and review all account form pages. If there are any questions, please call an Eiger Representative at 1-800-50 EIGER. After understanding and reviewing all account forms, then sign all forms as noted. If the account is a joint account, the additional applicant MUST also sign where noted.

 
3. Deposit

You may send all signed application forms as well as a minimum deposit of $2000 USD in check form to the address below. Please make all checks payable to: MAN FINANCIAL INC.
